Bold North is led by Molly McFadden, an experienced investor with a deep background in M&A and growth-stage investing. Prior to founding Bold North, Molly was at Arthur Ventures, a $2B growth equity fund in Minneapolis. At Arthur Ventures, she played an integral role in sourcing, evaluating, and scaling founder-led software businesses. Prior to Arthur Ventures, Molly was an investment banker at UBS in New York, advising public and private companies on M&A and capital markets transactions.

A proud Minnesotan, Molly was born and raised in St. Paul and now lives in Minneapolis. Molly graduated from Boston College with a B.S. in Finance.
